These Terms & Conditions govern all bookings made through MAS Travels and Tours LLC ("MAS Travels", "we", "our", or "us"). By making a reservation through our website, office, telephone, email, WhatsApp, or any other booking channel, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.


1. Booking Confirmation

A booking is confirmed only after:

  • Payment has been received (full or deposit as required)
  • Availability has been confirmed by the supplier
  • A booking confirmation or voucher has been issued by MAS Travels.

Submitting a booking request does not guarantee confirmation.


2. Pricing

All prices are subject to:

  • Availability
  • Currency exchange fluctuations
  • Government taxes
  • Fuel surcharges
  • Supplier price changes
  • Local tourism taxes
  • Airport taxes
    Midnight Surcharge of Transfers
  • Service fees

Prices are not guaranteed until payment is successfully processed and booking is confirmed.


3. Payments

We accept approved payment methods including major credit cards, debit cards, bank transfers, and other available payment options.

Your payment authorizes MAS Travels to process your booking with our travel partners and suppliers.

Some suppliers may require full payment immediately, while others may allow partial payment or payment at the property.


4. Hotels

Hotel star ratings are provided by local authorities or suppliers and may differ between countries.

Hotel facilities, room sizes, amenities, breakfast, views, and services are controlled solely by the hotel.

Special requests such as:

  • Early check-in
  • Late check-out
  • Connecting rooms
  • Smoking or non-smoking rooms
  • High floor
  • Twin beds

cannot be guaranteed unless confirmed directly by the hotel.


5. Flights

Airline schedules, baggage allowances, seating, meals, and flight changes are governed by the airline.

MAS Travels acts only as a booking agent and is not responsible for:

  • Flight delays
  • Flight cancellations
  • Missed connections
  • Airline schedule changes
  • Lost baggage
  • Airline bankruptcy

Passengers are responsible for arriving at the airport on time and complying with airline policies.


6. Tours & Activities

Tour itineraries may change due to:

  • Weather conditions
  • Government restrictions
  • Road closures
  • Safety concerns
  • Operational requirements
  • Minimum participant requirements

Unused portions of tours are generally non-refundable unless approved by the supplier.


7. Airport Transfers

Customers must provide accurate:

  • Flight number
  • Arrival time
  • Hotel address
  • Contact number

Delays exceeding the supplier's waiting policy may incur additional charges.

No-shows are generally non-refundable.


8. Vacation Packages

Package inclusions are limited to those specifically listed in your booking confirmation.

Unless stated otherwise, packages do not include:

  • Travel insurance
  • Visa fees
  • Personal expenses
  • Tips
  • Meals not mentioned
  • Optional excursions
  • City taxes
  • Security deposits
  • Resort fees

9. Visa Services

Visa approval is solely at the discretion of the relevant embassy or government authority.

MAS Travels does not guarantee visa approval and is not responsible for losses arising from visa refusals or delays.

Visa service fees are generally non-refundable once processing has begun.


10. Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend that every traveler purchase comprehensive travel insurance covering:

  • Medical emergencies
  • Trip cancellation
  • Flight disruption
  • Lost baggage
  • Personal liability
  • Emergency evacuation

11. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for:

  • Holding valid passports
  • Obtaining required visas
  • Meeting health requirements
  • Providing accurate traveler information
  • Reviewing booking confirmations immediately
  • Complying with destination laws

Any costs arising from incorrect information provided by the customer are the customer's responsibility.


12. Changes Requested by Customer

Any modification after confirmation is subject to:

  • Supplier approval
  • Availability
  • Applicable amendment fees
  • Price differences

Some bookings cannot be modified.


13. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellation policies vary depending on the supplier.

Refund eligibility depends on:

  • Hotel policy
  • Airline fare rules
  • Tour operator rules
  • Activity provider rules
  • Transfer provider policy

Processing refunds may take between 7 and 45 business days depending on banks and suppliers.

Service fees, payment processing fees, and non-refundable supplier charges may be deducted.


14. Force Majeure

MAS Travels shall not be liable for delays, cancellations, losses, or additional expenses caused by circumstances beyond our control, including:

  • Natural disasters
  • Pandemics
  • Government actions
  • Political unrest
  • War
  • Terrorism
  • Weather events
  • Airport closures
  • Airline operational disruptions

15. Supplier Responsibility

Hotels, airlines, cruise operators, transfer companies, tour operators, and activity providers operate independently.

MAS Travels acts solely as an intermediary and is not responsible for the acts, omissions, negligence, or failures of third-party suppliers.


16. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MAS Travels' liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific booking.

We shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including loss of enjoyment, missed connections, lost profits, or personal expenses.


17. Website Accuracy

Although every effort is made to keep information accurate, descriptions, prices, photos, availability, and promotions may change without notice.

18. Fraud Prevention

MAS Travels reserves the right to:

  • Verify payments
  • Request identity verification
  • Decline suspicious transactions
  • Cancel fraudulent bookings
  • Report fraudulent activity to financial institutions and law enforcement

19. Privacy

Personal information is collected solely for processing travel bookings and providing customer service.

We do not sell customer information to third parties.

Information may be shared only with travel suppliers necessary to complete your booking.


20. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, United States.

Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts located in New Jersey.
